Miso brown butter changes everything

Brown butter is already the best thing that can happen to a cookie. Add white miso and it goes somewhere new: deeper, saltier, almost caramel. That one move ties everything we bake together, from matcha to café de olla.

The fine print

Everything comes out of our home kitchen, which is registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services cottage food program. Every label lists full ingredients and allergens. Common allergens (wheat, milk, egg, soy, nuts) are present in our kitchen.
